Celem projektu jest wspieranie skutecznej i efektywnej realizacji FE SL, w szczególności FST poprzez wsparcie instytucji FE SL w zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi (ZZL) i wzmocnienie ich potencjału administracyjnego oraz wsparcie skutecznych procedur i procesów we wdrażaniu FE SL.
