Celem pr jest zwiększenie kwalifikacji/kompetencji 15 (11K/4M) nauczycieli/ek kształcenia zawodowego i kadry zarządzającej poprzez udział w specjalistycznych kursach oraz unowocześnienie treści kształcenia i doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej na kierunkach tech hotelarstwa, tech agrobiznesu, tech mechanizacji rolnictwa i agrotroniki oraz tech architektury krajobrazu w ZSR w Ostródzie w okresie 01.01-31.12.2024r. Zakres doskonalenia n-li/potrzeba objęcia wsparciem jest zgodna z potrzeb. ZSR i wynika z diagnozy zatwierdz. przez organ prowadz. (Pow Ostródzki) 09.2023r. Diagnozę przygotow. przez ZSR: przez zespół nauczycieli i pracowników administracji ZSR na dzień 01.08.2023r W skład ZSR wchodzą następuj kierunki o liczb. ucz (2023/2024): Technikum nr 3: 23 klasy, liczb ucz: 591 (216K/375M), w tym pełnolet: 182 os, w tym kierunki objęte wsparciem: tech hotelarstwa: 57 ucz (41K/16M), tech agrobiznesu: 64 ucz (46K/18M), tech mechanizacji rolnictwa i agrotroniki: 71 os (2K/69M), tech architekt. kraj: 104 ucz (94K/10M). Branżowa szkoła I stopn: 8 klas, liczba ucz: 219 (66K/153M), łącznie w ZSR jest 31 klas, liczba ucz: 810 (282K/528M). Według obwieszcz MEN z dnia 23.01.2023 r. w sprawie prognozy zapotrzeb. na pracow. w zawodach szkoln branż na kraj i wojewódz. rynku pracy, w wykazie zawodów, w którym jest prognoz ISTOTNE zapotrzeb. na pracowników, w woj. warm-mazur został sklasyfikowany: Tech hotelarstwa (422402), Tech agrobiznesu (331402);UMIARKOWANE zapotrzeb: Techn architektury kraj (314202), techn mechaniz rolnic i agrotr (311515). Na kier. tech hotelarstwa, tech agrobiznesu, tech mechaniz rolnictwa i agrotroniki oraz tech architektury kraj uczy 13 naucz. przedm. zawod.
