Strefa RozwoYou 3.0 (SR3) to projekt real. w okresie 01.01.2024-31.01.2027 przez ŁSSE (Operatora) w ramach FEŁ2027 Priorytet 8 FE dla Edukacji i Kadr w Łódzkiem Dział. FELD.08.02 UR dla pracowników. Przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegół. dla FELD.08.02: Wspieranie dostos. pracowników, przedsiębiorstw i przedsiębiorców do zmian, wspieranie aktywnego i zdrowego starzenia się oraz zdrowego i dobrze dostos. środowiska pracy które uwzględnia zagrożenia dla zdrowia. Celem gł. SR3 jest podniesienie umiejętności, kompetencji i nabywanie kwalifikacji 2800 pracowników pracodawców, przedsiębiorców, w tym zwł. MŚP (UI) w WŁ. Projekt polega na dystryb. środków EFS+ w oparciu o system bonowy przez ŁSSE na UR w ramach PSFWŁ dla UI z WŁ i ich pracowników, korzyst. z UR w BUR zgodnie z zidentyfik. potrzebami rozwojowymi-podejście popytowe. Udział w UR dopasowanych do potrzeb UI pozwoli dostosow. do zmian zachodz. na rynku/w przedsiębiorstwach, co przyczyni się do poprawy konkurencyjności UI w WŁ. Grupa docelowa: UI z siedzibą w WŁ i ich pracownicy zam. lub wykonujący pracę w WŁ. Koszt pojedyncz. UR w części dot. dofinans. dla przedsiębiorstw w ramach bonu rozwojowego stanowi pomoc de minimis. W SR3 UI i ich pracownicy będą mieli zapewniony dostęp do dofinan. UR (szkoleń,doradztwa,studiów podypl) w BUR, szczegól. w zakresie zielonej gosp./GOZ, ZSK. W SR3 przewidziano dedykowane rundy naboru na UR w obszarze zielonych kwalifikacji/kompetencji oraz ZSK. Projekt realiz. zgodnie ze Standardem realiz. projektu dla Operatorów wsparcia realiz. w ramach FEŁ2027-UR dla pracowników. Dofinansowanie będzie przeznaczone jedynie na UR świadcz. przez PŚUR zarejestr. w BUR zgodnie z regulaminem BUR. UR nie mogą dot. obowiązk. szkoleń wynikających z przepisów prawa. W SR3 zaplanowano elektroniczny system zarządzania bonami pn. ISOBR służący do wytwarzania, obsługi i rozliczania bonów rozwojowych.
