The aim of the project is to strengthen the human resources potential and maintain the quality of human resources of the Office of Rail Transport at an appropriate level by co-financing the remuneration of UTK employees involved in the implementation of cohesion policy. The project involves financing for a period of 12 months (including the period January – December 2024) 30 full-time positions planned for UTK, as a key institution in the area of railway transport in accordance with the assumptions of the PTFE Program 2021-2027.
