Target group: working professionals (88%), unemployed and inactive individuals, with focus on mining sector employees
The project provides:
- Individual career guidance
- Professional training aligned with green economy needs
- Skills certification
- Postgraduate studies for selected participants
Expected outcomes:
- 528 participants gaining new professional qualifications
- 80% obtaining “green qualifications”
- Increased employment in green transition sectors
