Wnioskodawcą, realizatorem i beneficjentem projektu będzie Gmina Cmolas. Projekt realizowany będzie na nr ewid. 3562/2, id działki 180601_2.0008.3562/2 położonej w obr. ewid. 0008 w gm. Cmolas o pow. 0,7551 ha, będącej własnością wnioskodawcy na podst. DEC.701960/692/92 TB1K/00020231/7, poza obszarem „Błękitny San” w aglomer. Cmolas PLPK068 utworzonej na mocy Uchwały nr XXI/152/20 Rady Gminy Cmolas z dnia 12.11.2020 r. w spr. wyznaczenia aglomeracji Cmolas. Teren projektu położony jest w obr. JCWP „Łęg do Przyrwy” do Murynia” kod: PLRW200019219853 i w obr. JCWPd kod: PLGW2000135 poza strefami ochronnymi ujęć wód i obsz. zalewowymi, w granicach Gł. Zbior. Wód Pd. nr 426 „Dolina kopalna Kolbuszowa”. Cel główny projektu: zrównoważona gospod. wodno-ściekowa na obszarze aglomeracji Cmolas. Cele szczegółowe: zwiększenie przepustowości/wyd. oczyszczalni, poprawa efektywności energetycznej poprzez zmniejszenie śr. zużycia energii, poprawa standardów środow. na terenie aglomeracji. Ww. cele korelują z celami FEP 2021-2027, działanie 2.6. Inwestycja wykazuje zgodność z Dyr. Ściekową i jest ujęta w przyjętej 5.05.2022 r. przez Radę Ministrów VI AKPOŚK i dot. aglomeracji o wielkości od 2 do poniżej 15 tys. RLM wymagających dost. do przepisów Dyr. Ściekowej, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 3. Zakładany efekt realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie wyd. oczyszczalni Qśr z 680 do 1000 m³/d , (RML = 6500). Zakres jest zgodny z ist. problemami tj.: brak odp. przepustowości oczyszczalni ścieków i potrzeba modernizacji syst. oczyszczania ścieków w zakr. dost. do odbioru 100% ład. zanieczyszczeń powstających w aglomer., brak optymalnych warunków umożliw. mieszk.przekazanie ścieków w sposób, który nie będzie miał negatywnego wpływu na środow.
