The project aims to improve the quality of inclusive education in three primary schools in the Sztum commune by supporting 96 students with special educational needs. Key activities include the organization of specialist classes, the establishment of the Academy of Development and Social Integration, and the adaptation of school premises. It is also planned to improve the competences of 40 teachers through training and postgraduate studies. Thanks to these activities, students will gain better conditions for learning and integration, and teachers will support inclusive education more effectively. The project also includes career counseling classes for students in grades I-VI.
