Głównym celem proj. jest zdobycie przez 368 (178K, 190M) studentek/studentów (BO) kompetencji/kwalifikacji niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz podniesienie kompetencji przez 64 (23K, 41M) os. z kadry prowadzącej dydaktykę (NA) na Uniwersytecie Kazimierza Wielkiego (UKW) przez realizację kompleksowych działań zmierzających do dostosowania oferty do potrzeb gosp. i rynku pracy oraz zielonej i cyfrowej transf. Rezultatem proj. będzie zdobycie przez 358 beneficjentów ostatecznych (BO) tj. 294 studentów (142K, 152M) (BO) kompetencji/kwalifikacji niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz podniesienie kompetencji/kwalifikacji przez 64 NA (23K, 41M) i stworzenie na tej podst. przez zespół programowy (ZP) raportu wskazującego kierunki rozwoju oferty dyd. dostosowanej do potrzeb rynku pracy i gosp. W cyklu 2026/2027 zapewniona zostanie trwałość proj. obejmująca zmodyfik. ofertę dyd. zgodną z potrzebami gosp. i rynku pracy. Cel osiągnięty zostanie dzięki kompl. dział. (KD3): DOSTOSOWANIE (Z UWZGL. ZIELONEJ I CYFROWEJ TRANSF.) OFERTY DYD. DO POTRZEB RYNKU PRACY ORAZ GOSP. przez utworzenie nowych kier. (2) – projektowanie i badanie gier (PBG), zarządzanie i inżynieria produkcji (ZIP) oraz modyf. istniejących kier. (6) – socjoinformatyka (SI), geografia (G), matematyka (M), pedagogika resocjal. I° (PR1), ped. resocjal. II° (PR2), kognitywistyka (K). REALIZACJĘ PRZEZ BO DOD. EL. KSZTAŁ. PRAKT. – staże i szkolenia. ORGANIZACJĘ ZAD. OGRANICZAJĄCYCH ZJAW. PRZEDWCZESNEGO KOŃCZENIA NAUKI przez dział. skierowane do BO (zaj. wyrów.) i kandydatów (poznanie oferty kształ. i możliwości kariery zawod. po studiach). ROZWÓJ KOMP. NA REALIZUJĄCYCH PROCES KSZTAŁ. przez szkolenia podnoszące komp. cyfrowe i świad. zielonej transf. (KD3) i spersonalizowane szkolenia i/lub wyjazdy stud. podnoszące komp. dyd. i meryt., zapewniające prawidł. kształ. dostosowane do potrzeb gosp. i rynku pracy na ww. kierunkach.
