Proper management of municipal sewage is absolutely essential and aims to maintain sustainable water resource management within the Program area. Therefore, supporting rational water resource management is crucial in this region, including the construction of new facilities and the expansion of sewage networks, especially in rural areas. Implementing appropriate solutions is of paramount importance for preserving water quality, public health, environmental protection, and ensuring sustainable water resource management. The overall objective of the project is the protection and enhancement of the natural environment, including water resources, through effective municipal sewage management. This objective will be achieved through the following specific goals: – Reduction of environmental pollution through the development of sewage infrastructure and improvement of sewage management. – Increase of ecological awareness among residents regarding nature conservation, particularly water resources, and the promotion of sustainable management within the project implementation area. Promoting sustainable water resource management, including sewage management, and joint efforts to protect and improve the state of these resources are crucial for several important reasons: – Ensuring access to clean water, – Protection of aquatic ecosystems, – Minimization of climate change impact, – Avoidance of water conflicts, – Sustainable economic development. The main outputs and results: 1. Construction of sanitary sewerage in Olszanica Commune along with connections and accompanying infrastructure and technical facilities with a total length of 6,498.70 m. As a result, 63 households (242 residents) and 2 public facilities will be connected to the sewage network. 2.
