The main objective of the project “Uniform standards of service for persons with disabilities on the railways” is to ensure uniform standards of service for persons with disabilities and persons with special needs in the rail passenger transport sector.

The subject of the project is to develop uniform training standards and uniform procedures for serving people with disabilities, which will ultimately contribute to improving the quality, attractiveness and availability of passenger rail transport for people with disabilities and people with special needs.
