Occupational Integration of Third-Country Nationals – Ełk Subregion
The project focuses on broadly understood professional activation of 40 adults who come from outside the European Union and reside in the Ełk subregion.
The goal of these activities is not only to improve the employment situation of third-country nationals but also to integrate participants, enabling them to function independently in their new environment. The program includes consultations with a career advisor, workshops on active job searching, vocational courses and training, Polish language classes, and paid internships in newly acquired professions. The activities enable the development of professional skills aligned with market trends, particularly in sectors like renewable technologies. This project is an excellent opportunity for non-EU citizens who wish to acquire or enhance their professional qualifications and gain a better understanding of the Polish labor market and culture. Inclusivity is further supported by the presence of an English-speaking translator available throughout the project duration.
*A third-country national is defined as a person who is not a citizen of an EU member state, nor of countries such as Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland.
