Opis projektu The project aims to address common environmental challenges and promote sustainable solutions in the Paprotnia and Klesiv communes, despite the absence of a shared river, watershed, or catchment area. By focusing on their shared EcoSolutions and similar issues, the project seeks to implement initiatives that enhance ecological well-being, resource management, and community engagement. Through collaborative efforts, both communes can work together to create a positive impact on their local environments while fostering a sense of shared responsibility for the greater ecological harmony in the region. The project addresses the common challenge of outdated water and sewage infrastructure and its impact on ecological health and climate resilience in the Paprotnia Commune (Poland) and Klesiv Commune (Ukraine). Both municipalities face similar issues, including inadequate wastewater treatment, sewage system deficiencies, and vulnerability to climate-related events. Together, the project aims to tackle these challenges through a collaborative and comprehensive approach. The primary objective of the project is to enhance ecological solutions and sustainable water management in the Paprotnia and Klesiv municipalities. By modernizing sewage infrastructure, preventing pollution, and fostering cross-border cooperation, the project seeks to: •Improve wastewater management and sanitation infrastructure. •Enhance ecological well-being and climate resilience. •Promote responsible water usage and ecological awareness. •Strengthen cross-border collaboration for sustainable development.
