Celem działania jest stworzenie polskiej gałęzi gospodarki wodorowej oraz wzrost wykorzystania odnawialnego i niskoemisyjnego wodoru. Inwestycja będzie składać się z dwóch projektów. Pierwszy projekt będzie obejmował inwestycje w stacje tankowania wodoru, w tym bunkrowania wodoru. W ramach drugiego projektu wspierane będą rozwój, budowa i realizacja innowacyjnych jednostek transportowych napędzanych wodorem.
