Modernizacja odcinka magistrali ciepłowniczej na sieć preizolowaną o długości łącznej 1,78 km, w tym o średnicy DN250 o długości 1,598 km i średnicy DN100 o długości 0,19 km oraz budowa nowego odcinka sieci DN100 o długości 0,27 km wraz z budową 9 indywidualnych węzłów cieplnych w celu likwidacji jednego węzła grupowego o mocy 0,98 MW
