The goal of the project is to increase the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Municipal Office in Grudziądz by implementing system implementations and procedure improvements, and to increase the competences of 237 employed officials as part of post-graduate training and studies in the period from March 1, 2010 to April 30, 2012.
