Intelligent traffic control system for the Podhale region
In the following poviats: nowotarski and tatrzański, from Chabówka to Zakopane, more than one hundred and thirty electronic devices have been erected on national, voivodship and poviat roads, facilitating the travel of residents and tourists. Devices measuring traffic, cameras and meteorological stations are constantly monitoring and continuously analyzing the situation on the roads. As a result, information about the travel time on a given route appears on traffic signs. The roads to Chyżne and Czarny Dunajec, Krościenko and Szczawnica, Białka and Bukowina Tatrzańska are also monitored.
