Modernizacja i konserwacja budynków Muzeum Lubuskiego im. J. Dekerta prowadzona była w Willi Schroedera przy ul Warszawskiej.

Prace dotyczyły elewacji, stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej. Zrekonstruowano unikatowe balustrady tarasu, wiernie odtwarzając ich dawny wygląd.

Kolejnym etapem unijnego projektu był remont „Spichlerza” na gorzowskim Zawarciu. Szalunkowy budynek, wzniesiony w pierwszej połowie XVIII  wieku, przeszedł gruntowny remont i teraz cieszy oko mieszkańców i turystów.
