Revitalization of the city of Kock
The subject of the project was the comprehensive revitalization of the degraded area of the city of Kock. The scope of the project included the following tasks:
a) Reconstruction of the market square in Kock:
– putting the existing communication system in order, replacing the market surface with concrete paving stones and granite paving stones with reconstruction of lighting
– replacement of underground technical infrastructure
– arrangement of green areas (replacement of a part of the trees, modernization and renovation of the existing fountain, arrangement of small architecture)
– reconstruction of overhead power connections
– reconstruction of the existing bus shelter and underground toilet,
– renovation of the monument of St. Helena
b) The replacement of sanitary networks in area I under revitalization:
– replacement of the water supply network
– reconstruction of the sewage network
c) Construction works and modernization of local roads and pavements in the area subject to revitalization
d) Renovation and adaptation of the Kindergarten building
e) Supply of equipment: e-kiosk, monitoring
As part of the revitalization, the Investor Assistance Center and the Tourist Information Center were established.
