Construction of the International Logistics Center EUROTERMINAL in Sławków
The project encompassed construction or warehouse facilities and a container terminal floor together with accompanying infrastructure. The main elements of the project were: – construction of a universal warehouse (2660 m2) with unloading platforms for the railway tracks with width of 1435mm and 1520mm, together with high storage racks with capacity of 1700 europallets, and a roofed storage area (3600 m2), also for both railway track widths, together with suspended cranes with load capacity of 25 tons each, – construction of a container terminal floor (400 linear metres) together with technical infrastructure (administrative support building, railway tracks, roads, parking lots, media), – purchase and assembly of a container crane above the above mentioned terminal floor, with Q=40/50t, fitted with a piggyback spreader enabling transloading of all kinds of containers and semi-trailers, – construction of new power supply for the plant with voltage of 20 kV, including creation of new terminals, laying of a power supply line and development of a power supply station for the terminal floor.
