The project included the construction of the middle section of the Grudziądz Route, connecting the other parts of it. The second section of the route, built, is a fragment of the city beltway and connections with the A-1 motorway. As part of the investment, a 1.41 km long road was built in the route from ul. Południowa to the height of ul. Toruń Road in Grudziadz.
