Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie technologii produkcji elementów złącznych z gwintem wielokrotnym MTT (Multiple Thread Technology) z zastosowaniem modelowania wieloskalowego w oparciu o stal o strukturze wielofazowej. Projekt przyczyni do rozwoju technologii zaawansowanych stali o wysokiej wytrzymałości typu TRIP. Problemem badawczym jest brak rozwiązania pozwalającego na produkcję elementów złącznych w procesie technologicznym z wyeliminowaniem obróbki cieplnej. Obecnie stosowany proces opiera się o obróbkę cieplną, która jest bardzo kosztowna i szkodliwa dla środowiska naturalnego (duża emisja CO2), jednakże jej eliminacja powoduje powstawanie zjawiska kruchości wodorowej. Kolejnym problemem jest brak rozwiązań technologicznych umożliwiających łączenie bardzo cienkich blach. Rozwiązaniem problemu badawczego będzie opracowanie technologii produkcji (innowacja procesowa) eliminującej obróbkę cieplną. Technologia będzie oparta o materiał wsadowy bazujący na stalach o strukturze wielofazowej. Rozwiązaniem problemu łączenia blach cienkich będzie opracowanie nowego typu elementów złącznych (innowacja produktowa) o konstrukcji MTT. W tym celu zostanie zastosowane modelowanie wieloskalowe oraz optymalizacja zużycia narzędzi w procesie produkcyjnym z wykorzystaniem nanotechnologii.
