Investment scope:
The subject of the project was participation in the promotion program of the automotive and aviation parts industry. The main export product of AP-Tech is Clear AirSpace – a mobile application for aircraft and helicopter pilots, which is an auxiliary tool for navigation during air operations. Product innovation is mainly based on individual adaptation to the needs of the institution. Thanks to this approach, we have established cooperation with institutions such as military and rescue aviation, Border Guard, Police and aviation schools. The application has been equipped with a number of functionalities, thanks to which the user can work offline, plan and save the flight route, display airspace and airways. The application provides access to aerial maps, approach charts, airport plans, exclusion zones, map penetration, current AUP information and air obstacle database. It allows you to plan, optimize and monitor air operations of all types, as well as define selected areas, points and even obstacles on the map.The main group of product recipients includes entities providing technologies for aviation, the same main market is Canada and the USA, as the markets with the largest number of entities providing technologies for aviation.
Project goals:The aim of the project was to promote the flagship product – ClearAirSpace navigation system on prospective markets, intensify connections with foreign partners and increase brand recognition and revenues from foreign sales. The indirect goal is the continuous development of the enterprise, including the expansion of the product and service offer.

Trip missions to Canada and the USA as well as arrival guests from Canada and the USA are also planned. In order to best present the company and products on foreign markets, the company’s employees took part in the internationalization training titled Effective Negotiations in English, which included in its scope, among others issues from the business culture of selected regions, offer presentation and conclusion of contracts.In addition, in preparation for economic missions, an advisory service was used, including Preparation of product development business strategy on the Canadian and US market, preparation of product and service PR strategy as well as preparation of a dedicated offer for a given market. As part of the project, necessary exhibition and promotional materials were purchased, such as: exhibition stand construction, multimedia equipment, advertising gadgets, promotional folders, business cards.
Project meaning:”The implementation of the project has allowed the development of the ClearAirSpace Application not only in Poland, but also opening to foreign markets, and thus expanding the group of recipients of its new range of products. The implementation of the task allowed us to strengthen the market position and the prospect of undertaking further development activities, “the applicant added.During the project, promotional and information activities were carried out, such as conducting a promotional campaign in social media, advertising banners on the websites of industry fairs, press articles and promotional films.
