Export business development Sobusiak Yacht- Yard Enterprise promoting yacht and recreational boat industry products abroad
Project scope:
Sobusiak Yacht Yard deals with the production and construction of Focus 800 and Focus 730 sailing yachts.
The project concerns the participation of the company in promotional activities provided for in the industry promotion program of the yachts and recreational boats industry in order to promote products that have a chance to become recognizable on foreign markets and to promote the Polish Economy Brand.
The subject of the project concerned the promotion of manufactured pleasure and sporting boats. The implementation of the project was to lead to the development of export activity and increase in competitiveness of SOBUSIAK YACHT YARD.
The project involved the following tasks:
- implementation of information and promotion activities
- participation in the Salone Nautico Internazionale di Genova Italy 2016
- participation in the Salone Nautico Internazionale di Genova Italy 2017 fair
- participation in Boot Dusseldorf Germany 2018
- participation in the individual Turkey 2018 mission
- purchase of consultancy services in the area of preparing entry to the prospective market Norway (database specifying potential partners on the Norwegian market) 2018
- participation in the Norway 2018 individual outgoing mission
- participation in the battery fair I sjoen Oslo Norway 2018
- participation in the Salone Nautico Internazionale di Genova Italy 2018 fair
- participation in Boot Dusseldorf Germany 2019
- participation in the individual 2019 Turkey mission
- participation in the individual trip mission Russia 2019
The company took part in 6 trade fair and exhibition events, of which 3 of these fairs were events during which a national information stand was organized. Non-EU prospective markets in the project: Norway, Turkey, Russia.
In addition, the company bought:
- consulting service (Norway database)
- completed 4 optional tasks (4 outgoing missions to non-EU prospective markets)
- 1 optional complementary action (information and promotion activities)
Project goals:
The aim of the project was to develop the company’s export activity and promote products of the yachts and recreational boats industry abroad by participating in trade fairs and exhibitions and away missions.
Project meaning:
Thanks to the implementation of the project, the company was able to present its products abroad, the recognition of the Sobusiak Yacht Yard brand increased, participation in fairs and travel missions contributed to establishing new commercial contacts and promotion of the Polish Economy Brand.
