Development of the 2nd update of the national water and environmental program and water management plans in the river basin areas together with planning documents constituting the basis for their development.
As part of the project, first of all, source documents will be prepared that will form the basis for the development of the 2nd update of the National Water and Environmental Program (II aPWŚK) and the 2nd update of the PGW (II aPWW – II Update of the Water Management Plans). The necessity to develop source documents is carried out pursuant to Art. 113 of the Water Law Act. Taking into account the cyclical nature of the WFD implementation process (Water Framework Directive), these documents must be developed one after another, on strictly defined dates, and their publication should take place in 2021. Failure to complete any task will directly prevent the preparation of further water management plans and water and water program. the environmental country in which specific action programs are included to maintain or improve the status of water bodies. On the basis of the prepared source documents, the 2nd aPWŚK and the 2nd aPWW will be prepared.
