The route has been divided into following sections:
- I (ul. Szybowników / Szybowników street) from the border of the town to the crossing with ul. Wolińska / Wolińska street,
- II viaduct of Gen. Grota Roweckiego
- III (Al. Jana Pawła II street) from the viaduct to the crossing with Al. Konstytucji 3 Maja street (without the crossing)
- IV (ul. E. Estkowskiego / Estkowskiego street and ul. Unii Europejskiej / Unii Europejskiej street) from the crossing with Al. Konstytucji 3 Maja (without the crossing) to the Roundabout Grzybowo (without the roundabout)
- V (ul. Kąkolewska / Kąkolewska street) from the Roundabout Grzybowo (including the roundabout) to the border of the town.
The scope of the investment includes a.o.:
- building of additional traffic lane,
- replacing and strengthening the existing road construction,
- construction and reconstruction of: service roads, intersections, pavements and bicycle paths, rain collector, along with the retention tank, storm water drainage and sanitary sewage system, water supply system, technological sewage system, underpass, fiber optics, bus stops, monitoring,
- modernization of the viaduct,
- adjustment of green areas,
- reconstruction of the bridge over the Ditch of Strzyżewice (Rów Strzyżewicki) into a culvert taking the accessibility for the disabled into account.
