Reduction of the pollution emitted into the air via modernisation of the bus fleet and construction of a parking yard
The project subject is the delivery of a new bus fleet (36 buses, including: 13 buses with a length of 12 m and EURO VI combustion drive as well as 23 buses with a length of 18 m and EURO VI combustion drive) and performance of modernisation works in a parking yard with a surface area of 0.9950 ha owned by PKM Gliwice Sp. z o.o. The disassembly and construction works will result in the creation of 25 parking spaces for the PKM fleet. The investment activities will be accompanied by information and promotional campaigns. The expenditure concerning the project scope is eligible. The beneficiary has financed the investment construction documentation and feasibility study using its own funds. The project scope does not anticipate any expenditure going beyond the Eligibility guidelines for the expenditure covered by IEOP 2014–2020. The assets created as a result of project implementation will be the sole property of PKM Gliwice Sp. z o.o. The beneficiary does not anticipate asset sale, a significant change of the nature of the conducted business activity or moving the business activity beyond the area covered by programme support. The objectives of the business activity conducted by PKM Gliwice will not change throughout project durability. The beneficiary does not authorise any other entity to cover eligible expenditure. The geographical scope of the project is presented on a map which constitutes an appendix to the application.
