Projekt obejmuje budowę czterech magistrali GPON w architekturze FTTH dla 2365 gospodarstw domowych oraz 1 placówki edukacyjnej zlokalizowanych w 38 miejscowościach z terenów gminy Kłodzko, Nowa Ruda oraz Radków. Istotą projektu jest wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach na obszarze powiatu kłodzkiego oraz zapewnienie dostępu do usług Społeczeństwa Informacyjnego mieszkańcom terenów bez nowoczesnych sieci NGA.
