Implementation of R+D results by launching production of innovative water boiler, type SKP BIO
For more than three dacades ZPH Stanisław Krzaczek company has been manufacturing various types of heating boilers. Modern SKP BIO boilers are the company’s answer to new, increased gas emission limitations. The beneficiary has conducted research and development works and has elaborated production line of new boilers’ generation. Implementation of the project consisted of launching of brand new production line, within the existing facility. The company has constructed new hall and has purchased necessary equipment, eg. powder coating booth, kiln, steel cutting machine.
As a result, manufacturing of pellet fired kiln, with automated fuel feeder – meeting strict exhaust emission requirements – has been launched. It means that SKP BIO boilers can boast about minimal heat loss and maximum efficiency, and as a result – fuel saving. It was possible to achieve such a result by utilising innovative heat exchanger. Boilers are also equipped with additional, secondary grates, which are available in case of power supply malfunction. What is important: they also meet the highest exhaust emission standards.
This new product is also equipped with pioneering solutions protecting user from accidental burns. Additional electromagnetic lock within the cover makes it impossible to open the door until all elements of the burner reach appropriately low temperature. Modern design and compact construction of the boiler, allowing for the fitting even in relatively small space, are also significant. Implementation of the project has brought expected results – innovative, fully ecological product has been developed.
