Project encompassed introduction on the market of readymade, innovatively modified self-spilling cement floor coating. While implementing the task the company have purchased and launched on its premises complete tower-like concrete mixing plant. All the necessary construction works have also been performed. Modern concrete plant is fully automated, thus making the production process much more efficient and smooth. Characteristic features of the coating produced by Rak-Bud include extreme bend and compression durability, as compared with alternative products. As a result the product requires no reinforcement. Liquid consistency of the mix, as well as its self-leveling feature, guarantee simple spilling of the floor and make the works less time-consuming. Mere 48 hours after spilling it is possible to walk on the surface, after seven days further construction works can be undertaken and after ten days floor heating system can be activated. The product conducts heat faster and more effectively, increasing the comfort of using floor heating systems, and reduces expenses.   The coating’s non-shrinking binding and high flexibility eliminate the danger of cracking of the ready surface, what enables the construction of large areas without expansion gaps. Ready-made product is transported to the customer with the dedicated concrete mixer vehicle, allowing the provision of all the coating’s features. Effectiveness of spilling – three-person performance team is able to cover daily more than 600 sq. m of surface. The project has resulted in implementation of the universal solution for the construction industry and the company has managed to strengthen its position as the leading regional intermediate products manufacturer on the market.
