The Solo Group is currently a leading company in south-eastern Poland dealing in the production of exclusive PVC windows in the German Salamander system and distribution of goods from the construction joinery industry.
As part of the project, the company has implemented the following activities:
- Product innovation – PVC windows with aluminum cover and design projects of a series of new door handles.
- Marketing innovation: the implementation of an advisory service consisting of:
- creation of the Solo brand dedicated exclusively to window joinery products manufactured by Solo.

- purchase of a fixed asset in the form of a welding center – a device designed for welding the entire frame consisting of four stiles at one time.

- glass and window processing equipment
- single-head saw for cutting aluminum profiles and light metals
- roller guide with rulers
- automatic machine preparing the profile for inserting door handles
- software for managing the production process and orders
- cutting and machining center with a working table – designed for cutting and processing PVC profiles connected with a CNC cutting machine.
