Design and implementation for the production of an innovative Home-Professional multi-station device and implementation of a new line of equipment for the Commercial-Professional class gym
The Marbo company was established over 30 years ago in Starachowice and started with the production of simple equipment for home gyms, with the experience gained constantly increasing the range and quality of products. Today, it is a leading manufacturer of bodybuilding equipment in Poland, offering world-class equipment.
The implementation of the project consisted in the implementation of selected recommendations contained in the design strategy developed in the first stage of the program, i.e. the design and implementation for production of a new, innovative, not yet offered Home-Professional multi-stand product designed for the demanding home user or small professional customers such as hotels , SPA, apartment buildings.
The specific technical and design solution used at the design stage of the new device will also be used to further develop and implement the significantly improved line of Comercial-Professional products designed for the demanding commercial user.
As part of the project, the following was implemented:
- advisory services consisting in the implementation of a detailed technological design of plastic elements with the UP-FORM logo used in the newly designed multifunctional Home-Professional class exercise device together with the supply of prototypes.
- Preparation of training plans for the application – Mobile user manual
– developing professional circuit training plans that can be performed on a multifunctional device compatible with the project provided by the customer
- Graphic and functional design of the mobile application for the user manual covering the following tasks:
- developing a functional design
- architecture and graphics of key views
- development of 3D models of training devices for the needs of the user manual
The purpose of the application is to precisely indicate the correct way to perform exercises on multifunctional devices in a modern, multimedia form using computer animation techniques or short instructional videos. The application prepares training plans and helps in their implementation depending on the user profile.
The implementation of the changes forced the necessity to purchase new machines and devices such as:
- tube and profile laser with automatic loading and programming
- flat laser for sheet metal with automatic loading and software
- robotic welding station with filter ventilation
- compressed air installation
- supply of vertical CNC milling center, CNC lathe and CAD / CAM software
