Activation of unemployed young people in Kluczbork County (I)
The aim of the project is to improve the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Kluczbork district. The project will be attended by 190 young people aged 18-29 without work (118W/72M), registered in PUP Kluczbork as unemployed (belonging to the I or II support profile) who are not participate in any education and training program (so-called ” NEETS, as defined by NEET people adopted in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.
As part of the project, each person will be covered by professional advising and placement services, then to increase the employability will be directed to the traineeship in order to gain practical skills to perform work or training according to acquire the appropriate qualifications needed for work or will receive one-off funds to take up their own business.
The project will be completed by 152 people, including 94 women and 58 men. The main result of the project will be to obtain professional qualifications by at least 4 unemployed persons and employment efficiency: -for participants not qualifying for any of the following target groups – at least 43% – for people with disabilities – at least 17%, for long-term unemployed – at least 35%, for low-skilled people – at least 36%.
