Activation of young people who are unemployed in the Krapkowice poviat (I)
The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under 30 who are unemployed in the Krapkowicki poviat. The project is targeted at young people up to 29 years of age who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEET youth). covered persons under 30 years of age qualified for profile I (so-called active unemployed) or profile II (so-called requiring support) Under the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and professional problems . On this basis, Poviat Labor Office in Krapkowice will implement properly selected labor market services and instruments referred to in the Act on employment promotion and labor market institutions. The project assumes at its completion the achievement of the following employment efficiency indicators:
a) an overall employment efficiency indicator for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 43%
b) for disabled persons – employment efficiency indicator at least 17 %
c) for the long-term unemployed – employment efficiency ratio at least 35% d) for people with low qualifications – employment efficiency ratio at least 36%
The number of people covered by support under the project will be 109 (76W and 33M). The number of people who will end their participation in the project will be 109 (76W and 33M).
