Activation of young people who are unemployed in the city of Opole and the Opole poviat (I)
The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under 30 years of age (I or II profile) of unemployed people registered in PUPs who do not participate in education and training (NEETs). All participants, i.e. 327 people (200 women and 127 men) will be covered by the Individual Action Plan, of which 217 people will be sent to the internship, in addition persons commuting to the internship will be reimbursed for the entire duration of the internship.
In order to improve or obtain new skills or professional qualifications, 50 people will receive training vouchers. We will provide 60 people interested in self-employment with max. PLN 20,000 for starting their own business, however, these people will benefit from group professional information and will be directed to a 5-day entrepreneurship training.
The main result of the project will be the employment of 17% of disabled participants, 35% of the long-term unemployed participants, 36% of the low-skilled participants and 43% of the participants (excluding disabled, long-term unemployed and low-skilled) registered at the Labor Office in Opole.As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific job activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the Labor Office will implement appropriately selected services and labor market instruments referred to in the Act on employment promotion and labor market institutions.
