Activation of young people who are unemployed in the Kościerzyna poviat (II)
The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under 30 who are unemployed in the Kościerzyna poviat. The main result of the project will be employment. Under the project, support will be provided to persons under 30 years of age qualified for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or profile II (requiring support). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the labor office will implement appropriately selected services and labor market instruments:
- job placement,
- career counseling,
- trainingone-off funds for starting a business activity,
- internships,
- furnishing or equipping the workplace,
- intervention works.
