Activation of young people unemployed in the poviat of the city of Gdynia and the city of Sopot (II)
The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under 30 who are unemployed in the poviats of Gdynia and Sopot. The main result of the project will be employment of 142 people (88 K-women, 54 M-men). Under the project, support will be provided to persons under 30 who belong to the first or second profile of assistance. For each participant, the presentation of a specific person of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and professional problems.
On this basis, the labor office will implement appropriately selected services and labor market instruments:
- organization of trainings,
- granting one-off funds for starting a business activity,
- refund of costs of furnishing or equipping the workplace,
- training,
- internships.
