Activation of young people who are unemployed in the Kartuski poviat (I)
The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in the Człuchów poviat. The main result of the project will be employment for 374 people (208 K-women, 166 M-men) registered at the labor office as unemployed, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (NEETs). The project participants are young people aged 18-29 without a job, including people with disabilities, registered in the PUP as unemployed, of whom at least 60% are people who do not participate in education and training (so-called NEET youth), i.e. is a young person aged 15-29 who meets the following three conditions in total: he / she is not working (i.e. is unemployed or inactive), does not study (i.e. does not participate in formal education in full-time mode, or neglects compulsory school or study) , does not train (i.e. does not participate in extracurricular activities aimed at obtaining, supplementing or improving professional or general skills and qualifications needed to perform work). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the office will implement properly selected services and instruments of the labor market:
- job placement,
- career counseling,
- training
- one-off funds for starting a business activity,
- furnishing or equipping the workplace,
- internships.
