Activation of young people who are unemployed in the Malbork poviat (I)
The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under 30 who are unemployed in the Malbork poviat. Under the project, support will be provided to persons under 30 years of age registered at the labor office in Malbork, qualified to the first (active) or second profile of support (requiring support), eligible to the NEET category. Each person participating in the project will be provided with individual and comprehensive support based on at least 3 elements of assistance. An assistance profile will be established which will determine the scope of support forms appropriate for each participant and an Individual Action Plan. For each participant, the presentation of a specific offer will be preceded by an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems. Further elements of support will already be selected to meet the needs and expectations of people, for example vocational counseling for persons applying for funds for starting a business activity or training, or job placement for persons receiving support in the form of internships or intervention work. Each of the people participating in the project will also benefit from labor market instruments and services that will help overcome barriers preventing them from taking up employment for: supplementing or gaining new qualifications, professional experience or support in self-employment. As a result of the project 61 people will take up employment and 53 people will start a business.
