Activation of young people who are unemployed in the Słupsk poviat and the city of Słupsk (III)
The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29, including people with disabilities who are unemployed in Słupsk poviat and the city of Słupsk. As part of the project, support will be provided to people aged 18-29 qualified for profile I (active unemployed) or profile II (requiring support) who do not participate in education or training (NEETs). The main result of the project will be taking up employment by the participants. Under the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the labor office will implement properly selected services and labor market instruments. The following forms of support are planned in the project: job placement and vocational counseling, trainings and training vouchers, internships, one-off funds for starting a business activity, vouchers for settling and equipping or equipping work places. The project will comply with relevant policies and principles. Community (including equal opportunities and non-discrimination policy and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation.
