WITH NEW ENERGY ON THE LABOR MARKET!
The project is addressed to 44 people aged 18-29, living in the Słupsk poviat and in the city of Słupsk, including rural areas, non-working, not registered at the labor office, not in a daily mode – stationary, not trained in the last 4 weeks from public funds.
Additionally, participants may also include: immigrants, re-emigrants.
Note: a participant in the project can not be a person who left the foster care institution earlier than one year.
The duration of the project: 1/10/2018-31.03.2020
Within 4 months of being admitted to the project, a high quality offer of employment, further education or internship will be provided in accordance with the created action plan:
• identification of needs and diagnosis via on-line applications;
• individual with a vocational counselor (examination of career predispositions and preferences, level of competencies important in job seeking, career planning);
• group meetings with an advisor on active job search: preparing documents, preparing for a conversation;
• individual and group coaching meetings;
• individual meetings with the work animator;
• individual and group meetings with a psychologist as support for a counselor;
• individual meetings with the job animator as motivational and contact support with the employer;
• training based on the diagnosis and needs of the participant or local entrepreneurs;
• 3-month internships.
Additional support:
• reimbursement of travel costs for participants;
• medical examination;
• insurance against accidents;
• scholarships for trainees and trainees;
• protective clothing for training purposes;
• reimbursement of costs of caring for a child or dependent persons;
• reimbursement of travel costs for the first month;
• financing for several participants working outside their place of residence.
