The project is addressed to 100 people aged 15-29 (inclusive), including those with disabilities, residing in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, not working, not registered at the labor office, not in daily mode – stationary, not trained in the last 4 weeks from public funds, with a minimum junior high school education, especially with secondary education.

Note: a participant in the project can not be a person who left the foster care institution earlier than one year.

Within 4 months of being admitted to the project, a high quality offer of employment, further education or internship will be provided in accordance with the created action plan:• identification of needs and diagnosis of career opportunities through a meeting with a vocational counselor, psychologist and mentor;• activation and sports activities;• workshops with an individual and group vocational counselor: self-presentation, coping with stress, preparation of application documents, learning methods of job search, communication;• vocational training in accordance with the Individual Action Plan;• ECDL Base training;• help in getting an attractive job;• Wed. 6-month professional internships.

Additional support:

• training and internship scholarship;

• caring for a child and dependent person;

• insurance against the consequences of accidents during the internship;

• reimbursement of travel costs for classes;

• medical examination for the needs of an internship;

• reimbursement of accommodation costs for training purposes.
