Sought
In the project Sought, which is implemented by the Incubator Foundation in partnership with the Łódź Special Economic Zone, each participant takes part in individual classes with a psychologist and a career counselor. Meetings are to determine professional predispositions, as project participants are professionally inactive people aged 18-29 who are not educated or trained. After a series of meetings with a counselor and psychologist, some people are directed to specialized trainings ending with an exam. In this way, young people can acquire additional qualifications, which later can be used during internships with employers. Internships may last from 3 to 6 months. Each trainee receives a scholarship in the amount of PLN 1,500 and reimbursement of travel costs. The greatest advantage of this project is an individualized and flexible approach to the participants.
