The main goal of the project is to increase the professional, employment and educational efficiency of 50 project participants, including people with disabilities.The project is addressed only to residents of the voivode. of Lodz. It is addressed to 50 participants (30 women, 20 men) from the NEET group aged 15-29. Participants will be economically inactive persons or the unemployed not registered in the labor office, including persons with disabilities who do not participate in education and training.
As part of the project, participants will be covered by the following forms of support:
- Career counseling (including the creation of an Individual Action Plan for each participant)
- Job placement and vocational guidance
- Vocational training – individual tailored to the needs of the participant
- Internships – 3 months selected individually for each participant, under the supervision of an intern’s tutor
