Zakres proj.został oparty o ustalenia audytów energe. dla poszczególnych bud-wybrano najkorzyst.wariant modernizacji energetycznej i zastosowanych materiałów. Proj.podzielono na 13 zad.: ZAD.1-PRZYGOTOWANIE DOKUMENTACJI PROJ. ZAD.2-OCHRONA CHRONIONYCH GATUNKÓW ZWIERZĄT ZAD.3-11dot.MODERNIZACJI ENERGETYCZNEJ WIELORODZINNYCH BUDYNKÓW MIESZKALNYCH WSPÓLNOT MIESZKANIOWYCH: ZAD.3-DWORCOWA1 ZAD.4-KOŚCIELNA3 ZAD.5-KOŚCIELNA4, zad. 6 -usunięto,ZAD.7-KOŚCIUSZKI17 ZAD.8-KOŚCIUSZKI22 ZAD.9-KOŚCIUSZKI24 ZAD.10-PL.BOH.NYSY29 ZAD.11-KOŚCIUSZKI26-28 ZAD.12 KOMPLEKSOWY NADZÓR INWESTORSKI ZAD.13 DZIAŁANIA PROMOCYJNE Proj.jest kompletny tj.zawiera we wszystkich 8 bud.obowiązkowe komponenty tj: -termomodernizacyjny; -zarządzania energią; -edukacyjny. Proj.zakłada osiągnięcie następ.wskaź.: •Pow.użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji- 4 127,83 m2. •L.gospodarstw domowych z lepszą klasą zużycia energii-59 •L.zmodernizowanych energetycznie bud.-8 •Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarn-307,60 tco2/rok Odbiorcami bezpośr. proj.będą mieszkań.8 wielorodz.budyn.mieszk.-w sumie59gosp.dom.Odbiorcy pośredni to:miesz.MiG Wleń i pobliskich Gm.;turyści z D.Śląska,innych rejonów kraju,z zagranicy;przyszłe pokolenia;przedsiębiorcy branży turys.; bezrobotni gm. Wleń; lokalne organizacje sformalizowane. Proj.będzie realizowany w partn.:Lider.będzie Gmina Wleń,Partnerzy to 8 WM.Taka formuła wynika z dążenia do maksymalizacji wykorzystania zasobów (Lider posiada doświadczenie w realizacji przedsięwzięć dofinans.ze źródeł zewn.oraz zdolność finansową do finansowania inwestycji) i minimalizacji ryzyka związanego realiz.proj.
