For adventure into the nature”- expansion of the environmental education centre at Leśna Góra 1a Street in Przemków
The Children’s Holiday Home in Przemków is a unique place. The picturesquely located centre is situated at the edge of a forest and neighbours the Przemków Landscape Park, Bory Dolnośląskie and Borówki Bogs. It professionally organises green schools, winter holidays, camps, as well as art workshops and thematic classes for children from all over Poland. Leisure combined with environmental education makes the centre very popular.
Thanks to EU support, it was possible to expand the facility. The new building now houses a well-equipped kitchen with facilities, a dining room, guest rooms and bathrooms. On the first floor, in six guest rooms, there are 11 additional beds. The whole building is adapted for children with disabilities. There is also a renovated road leading to the centre, which makes it possible to get to the building by bus. But what the children enjoy most is the playroom, where they love to spend time.
