Activation of the unemployed in the Malbork poviat (III)
The goal of the project is to increase the employment of people who are unemployed in the Malbork poviat. The support will be provided to 445 people (265 K-women, 180 M-men) who are unemployed registered in the Poviat Labor Office in Malbork, qualified for the first or second profile of assistance, excluding persons before the age of 30 who belong to at least one of groups: people aged 50 and more, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications.
Project participants will be provided with personalized support covering all forms (including the help profile) based on in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems (IPD development / updating) necessary to improve their situation on the labor market and, consequently, employment.
Each person will have the opportunity to use both services and instruments of the labor market: the granting of one-off funds for economic activity and individual training for the workplace will be preceded by vocational counseling, and internships and employment as part of intervention works or equipment and retrofitting the workplace – job placement .
