Sustainable Urban Transport System in Gorzów Wielkopolski – bus fleet
The objective of the project is to provide the inhabitants of the Urban Functional Area of Gorzów Wielkopolski with a modern, functional and accessible public transport fleet.
Actions
The purchase of 10 air-conditioned low-floor buses (including 6 buses with hybrid propulsion), equipped with conveniences for people with disabilities and meeting the EURO6 standard..
Outcomes
The purchase of buses will allow, inter alia: a reduction in air pollution caused by traffic (Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (CI 34) – 116.44 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year), a reduction in the number of people using individual transport in favour of public transport, an improvement in the functioning of the public transport system by reducing congestion, improved traffic safety and an increase in employment in the supported enterprises (1K).
