Modernization of vocational education in the City of Zielona Góra - projects implemented outside the ITI formula
The project aims to improve the professional competences of teachers and students of schools and vocational training establishments in the City of Zielona Góra. The project will be attended by 4,000 students and 122 teachers of vocational education from 10 schools and educational establishments willing to improve their professional qualifications and adapt them to the conditions on the local labor market. Improving the quality of vocational education will be implemented through: courses, trainings, postgraduate studies, additional specialist classes, internships / apprenticeships. There will also be a development of educational and vocational counseling, which will cover the participants of the project. Activities carried outin the project will focus on the development of competences, qualifications and skills of students and teachers through cooperation with the social and economic environment. Schools will be equipped with modern equipment and teaching materials.
