Municipal Centers Device - Folk farm in Lipce Reymontowskie branded tourist product of the Lodzkie region
In the former village of Lipce, located in the Skierniewice county of the Lodzkie Region, the action of the novel “Chłopi” by Władysław Stanisław Reymont takes place. For this novel, the Polish writer was awarded by the Nobel Prize in Literature. Afterwards the Regional Museum was created there which is a museum with souvenirs associated with the figure of Władysław Reymont. The interiors of peasant cottages with their equipment were recreated in it. Fabrics, embroidery, clothing, but also agricultural tools were gathered here. The task of the project is to use the cultural and natural values of Lipce Reymontowskie commune. The undertaking is aimed at enabling visitors to find a convenient recreation combined with education, enabling the development of tourism in the north-eastern part of the region by expanding the tourist offer. It is planned to adapt the existing buildings for tourist purposes, to make a new fence, to make a new pavement along Wiatraczna Street, sewerage connections, stage, sanitary facilities, air-conditioning, as well as to purchase of catering equipment, stage equipment, garden furniture and other tourist equipment.
