Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i montaż instalacji solarnych (415 szt.) do produkcji energii cieplnej z promieniowania słonecznego w celu podgrzewania ciepłej wody użytkowej w gospodarstwach domowych. Potrzebą jest zwiększenie udziału OZE w bilansie paliwowo-energetycznym na terenie gminy. Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra. Dla gminy nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej (do której należy gmina Krasnystaw) nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy. Niedobór technologii pozwalających na wykorzystanie OZE i wysokie koszty kolektorów skutkują niewielkim zainteresowaniem OZE i zmianą dotychczasowych sposobów zabezpieczenia dostaw energii. Gospodarka cieplna oparta jest na kotłowniach opalanych węglem, koksem i drewnem, notuje się przypadki spalania odpadów plastikowych. Zakres projektu: 1.montaż instalacji solarnych w budynkach mieszkalnych (w skład wchodzą: kolektory słoneczne, zestaw montażowy i przyłączeniowy, pojemnościowy podgrzewacz CWU, grupa pompowa, naczynie przeponowe, orurowanie, płyn solarny); 2.portal internetowy (serwis do transakcji on-line zapewniający szybkie kontakty z użytkownikami instalacji); 3.aplikacja na urządzenia mobilne(w celu edukacji energetycznej i ekologicznej mieszkańców oraz promocji OZE. Projekt zakłada 8 typów zestawów solarnych uzależnionych od liczby osób korzystających z instalacji CWU i parametrów obiektów oraz miejsc montażu (budynek, grunt):Typ 1 (budynek), Typ 2 (grunt)Typ 3 (budynek), Typ 4 (grunt)Typ 5 (budynek), Typ 6 (grunt) Typ 7 (budynek), Typ 8 (grunt) Ilość kolektorów płaskich: 2-5 Nominalna moce cieplne kotłów:3116 W (Typ 1 i 2)*202szt; 4674 W (Typ3 i 4) * 169 szt; 6232 W (typ 5 i 6)*38 szt; 7790 W (Typ 7 i 8)*6 szt., razem 415 szt. Moc zainstalowana zestawów = 1,7 MW
